We are looking for an experienced Category Manager to lead and shape Jellycat’s global Exclusives product portfolio. Reporting to the Head of Category Management, you will define the long-term strategy, framework and roadmap for Exclusive products, ensuring every launch delivers meaningful brand impact, fan engagement and commercial success. Working closely with Design, Product Development, Marketing, Sales, Operations and regional teams, you will translate global brand and business priorities into compelling product opportunities and market-leading exclusive collections.
Building and optimising a portfolio that balances brand objectives, consumer demand and commercial performance.
Leading products through the full lifecycle, from opportunity identification and briefing through to launch and ongoing management.
Partnering with Design, Product Development, Marketing, Sales and Operations teams to deliver successful product strategies and launches.
Using consumer, customer, market and performance insights to refine portfolio strategy and identify growth opportunities.
Ensuring every Exclusive product strengthens the Jellycat brand, delights fans and contributes commercial value.
5+ years’ experience in category management within luxury consumer goods.
- Experience working with premium or luxury brands sold through high-end retail environments.
- A strong strategic mindset with the ability to balance long-term planning with delivery and execution.
- Experience using market, consumer and performance insights to drive decision-making.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence across cross-functional teams.
- A results-focused approach with experience delivering commercial growth and portfolio success.
- Experience working across global markets and understanding regional consumer and retail dynamics.
