View email address on randstad.com you an experienced Learning Mentor looking for a rewarding, long-term role in Bodmin? We are recruiting dedicated SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) specialists to support pupils across local primary and secondary school sites.
This is a full-time, long-term position designed to help students overcome barriers to learning, build confidence in core subjects like GCSE Maths and English, and succeed in a positive educational environment.
Provide tailored 1-on-1 and small group intervention for pupils with SEMH needs.
Support pupils in developing confidence and skills in GCSE Maths and English.
Work collaboratively with school staff, SENCOs, and external teams across primary and secondary settings.
Travel efficiently between local sites across Bodmin and surrounding areas as required.
SEMH Experience: Proven experience working with children or young people with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs.
Qualifications: Minimum GCSE Grade C/4 (or equivalent) in both Maths and English.
Mobility: Full UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
Background Check: Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one).
Competitive Pay: £92.56 to £95.00 per day (paid weekly).
Work-Life Balance: Standard school day hours (08:30 - 15:30).
Long-Term Stability: Secure long-term contract with potential pathways to permanent roles.
