We’re on the lookout for a warm, hands-on, and guest-focused Assistant Manager to join our team at Turtle Bay in Romford.
A Caribbean kitchen and beach bar where the food, drinks and music flow from morning 'til night.
Our team can tell if you need coffee, cocktail, cold beer or plate of cutters full of flavour. We take inspiration from the Caribbean culture – the music, the food, the drink, and of course those chilled out vibes.

As an Assistant Manager at Turtle Bay, you bring positive energy, support your leaders, and help make each shift run like clockwork. You're right at the heart of the action – leading the floor, coaching team members, and creating those feel-good vibes that keep our guests coming back.
You’re someone who leads by example – always friendly, calm under pressure, and focused on giving exceptional service. You’ll support the management team with everything from running great shifts and hitting business targets to training new starters and making sure every guest feels welcomed, relaxed, and looked after.
We’ll give you the support and tools you need to develop your confidence, sharpen your management skills and become a key part of your restaurant’s success story.
