Production Operative - Mon - Fri Day Shift (Temporary)

Baltic Recruitment are proud to be working in partnership with a leading global automotive manufacturer based in Sunderland. Due to continued growth and exciting new projects, we are seeking Production Operatives to join a high-performing and supportive team.
This is a full-time, long-term opportunity offering a clear pathway to a permanent contract after just 6 months.
14.24 per hour (standard rate)
- £19.06 per hour overtime (weekdays & Saturdays)
- £25.42 per hour Sunday overtime
- Regular overtime opportunities

Operate production machinery (robotic welders, presses, grinders)
- Load materials into welding equipment and jigs
- Carry out quality inspections
- Follow work instructions and meet production targets
- Complete production documentation
- Previous production or manufacturing experience (preferred)
- Flexible for rotating shifts
- 39 hours per week + overtime available
Monday to Friday
Day Shift: 7:00am - 3:10pm (3:00pm Friday)
Back Shift: 3:10pm - 11:20pm (11:00pm Friday)
