You will play a key role in the success of your store by collaborating with instore colleagues and our UK Sales Team to provide a memorable customer experience to professionals & DIY enthusiasts. We will look to you to use your people skills to help maximize the sales and market share of AkzoNobel products and accessories in your store. This is a part time 20 hr per week role, and you need to be available to work shifts between 7am and 5pm Monday - Friday. You will also work some Saturday shifts (8am to 12pm) on a rotational basis, with time off in lieu.
Play an active part in engagement planning & monthly store meeting sessions.
Support your store’s monthly customer contact plan.
Follow the merchandising plan to restock the shop floor
Develop your skills & encourage colleagues to do so using our training tools.
Load the van and plan delivery routes as a relief driver, providing cover when the regular driver is on annual leave.
Proven experience in a customer service/retail role.
Full driving licence.
Enjoys ongoing coaching & support to advance career & build skills.
