School Examinations Officer required

A successful and high-achieving 11–18 secondary school in Birmingham is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Examinations Officer to oversee the administration of all internal and external examinations from January 2026 .

The Role

You’ll be responsible for the planning, organisation and delivery of all aspects of the school’s examination process — ensuring compliance with JCQ and awarding body regulations.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing exam timetables, entries and seating plans.
• Liaising with exam boards, invigilators and staff.
• Ensuring secure storage and accurate distribution of exam materials.
• Producing reports and analysis of examination results.

• Experience managing exams or complex data processes.
• Exceptional organisation, accuracy and communication skills.
