Maths Teacher Required for Secondary School School
We are looking for a dedicated and energetic Maths Teacher to join a rapidly improving secondary school in Luton . This school is committed to raising aspirations and ensuring that every student, regardless of their starting point, develops the mathematical fluency needed for success in the modern world.
As a Maths Teacher, you will be joining a department that prizes logic, problem-solving, and collaborative planning. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality numeracy and mathematics lessons across KS3 and KS4 , with the opportunity to teach A-Level Mathematics for suitably qualified candidates.
Delivering lessons that bring algebra, geometry, and statistics to life through practical application and digital tools.
Using regular low-stakes testing and data tracking to identify gaps in knowledge and provide effective intervention.
Maths Mastery: Implementing a mastery-led approach to ensure students build deep, long-term understanding of mathematical concepts.
Creating a focused, high-expectation atmosphere where students feel confident taking risks with their learning.
