Recruitment Consultant - HR Specialist Opportunity
Our dynamic recruitment agency is seeking a talented Recruitment Consultant to join our specialized Human Resources permanent placement team. We are committed to connecting exceptional HR professionals with leading organizations across multiple sectors.
As a dedicated HR Recruitment Consultant, you will:
Build and maintain relationships with top-tier HR candidates and client organizations
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for permanent HR positions
Develop a deep understanding of HR market trends and talent pools
Minimum 2 years' experience in HR recruitment
Proven track record of successful permanent placements
Advanced knowledge of HR sector dynamics and role specifications
Proficiency in recruitment technologies and applicant tracking systems
Experience of managing both candidates and clients and guidance through the recruitment process
