We’relooking for Entertainment Team Managers who are experienced in multi-venueoperations, live shows, and tours, and excited to lead a team of entertainersdedicated to creating unforgettable moments for every guest.
As an Entertainment TeamManager, you’ll be at the heart of our entertainment lineup - overseeingorganisation, logistics, and daily operations to bring the magic to life!
Working with the Head ofActivities, you’ll motivate and guide your team to deliver exceptionalexperiences while continuously raising the bar. Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and supportthe team to deliver excellent service and achieve targets.
Guest Experience: Ensure top-tier guestsatisfaction by addressing concerns, improving service, and driving a welcomingatmosphere.
Performance Management: Monitor individualand team performance, providing regular feedback, coaching, and conductingperformance reviews.
Resource Management: Oversee staffscheduling, budgets, and resources to maximise efficiency and meet businessneeds.
Compliance and Safety: Ensure all operationscomply with health and safety regulations, company policies, andstandards.
Training and Development: Support staffdevelopment through ongoing training, mentoring, and creating growthopportunities.
Whilst wewill provide the training and support required to ensure you are great at whatyou do, the ideal candidate will…

• Have proven ability to plan and co-ordinate events and productions.
• Have the ability to cope under pressure and to be flexible in order to adaptto any changes.
• OurEntertainment Team Managers are required to work 5 or 6 days per week.

Hourswill include evenings and weekends. *Additionally,successful candidates will be required to undergo, and satisfactorily complete,an Enhanced DBS check prior to starting work.
