People Operations Officer - Royal Dublin Society and Horse Racing Ireland, Dublin, D04 | Full-Time / Permanent

The People Operations Officer supports the smooth delivery of people operations across Levy Ireland venues, including workforce planning, staffing, payroll, wellbeing and training. We design and deliver bespoke guest experiences that prioritise people and the planet.

People Operations Officer - The Role
Workforce Planning & Rostering: Coordinate staffing requirements with Constellation, including bookings, changes, performance and staff briefings.
Coordinate uniform distribution and collection, as well as staff meal requirements for events and shifts.
Timesheets & Payroll: Ensure accurate timesheets, approvals and payroll information, resolving discrepancies promptly.
Training & Development: Coordinate training for employees and agency staff, monitor compliance and maintain training records.
Provide day-to-day HR administration and support the People & Culture Manager with people initiatives, policies and processes.
People Operations Experience: Previous HR, people operations or workforce coordination experience, ideally in hospitality, events or high-volume environments.
