About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Solutions Architect with deep expertise in Microsoft's technology ecosystem to join our growing team. This role bridges the gap between business needs and technology solutions, working closely with sales teams, clients, and delivery units to design innovative, scalable, and secure Microsoft-based solutions

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the technical lead during the presales process, engaging with customers to understand their business objectives and technical requirements.
• Design and deliver end-to-end solutions built on Microsoft's technology stack across one or more of the following: o Microsoft Azure (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, AVD) o Microsoft Data Platforms (Fabric, Synapse) o Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive) o Microsoft Security (Sentinel, Defender) o Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) o Windows Server & Active Directory o Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune)
• Deliver presales statement of works, resource planning and engagement costs
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations, architecture workshops, and proof of concepts.
• Work on project delivery as required to ensure that solutions are designed, governed and delivered as specified.
• Collaborate with account executives, delivery teams, and partners to ensure proposed solutions align with client expectations and technical feasibility.
• Develop technical documentation including solution proposals, architecture diagrams, and bid responses.
• Stay current with Microsoft product updates, licensing changes, and emerging trends.
• Assist in developing new services, creating go-to-market strategies, reusable solution frameworks, and sales enablement material.

Technical Skills:

• Strong expertise in designing and architecting solutions on Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365.
• Understanding of hybrid cloud environments and migration strategies (e.g., Exchange to Microsoft 365, on-prem to Azure).
• Proficiency with security and compliance features in Microsoft's cloud platforms.
• Experience with cloud automation, scripting (e.g., PowerShell), and infrastructure-as-code (e.g., ARM, Bicep, Terraform).
• Experience with licensing models and commercial aspects of Microsoft products. Qualifications / Experience
• Must have Managed Service Provider experience in delivering professional services engagements
• Microsoft Certifications desired : o AZ-305 o AZ-104 o AZ-140 o DP-700 o MS-102 o MD-102
