Conveyancer – Auction Sales & Purchases (Hybrid Working)

Are you a Conveyancer looking for a fresh challenge? An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Residential Conveyancer to specialise in Auction Sales and Purchases at a well‑established, multi‑site law firm based in Birmingham City Centre. This role offers hybrid working, with two days working from home each week.
This position offers an experienced Conveyancer something a little different from the traditional conveyancing role. You’ll benefit from a strong team structure, including dedicated file‑opening and post‑completion support, allowing you to concentrate on the legal work itself rather than administration.
At least 3 years’ experience handling a broad range of residential conveyancing matters
The confidence to work independently without the need for close supervision
This role offers genuine autonomy alongside excellent support to help you succeed. Hybrid working – up to 2 days from home
