The Role

Maintaining visitor sign-in systems, issuing passes, and ensuring health and safety compliance.

Assisting with administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, filing, and data entry.

Supporting school events, parent evenings, and meetings as required.

Ensuring the reception area is tidy, organised, and presents a professional image.

Candidate Requirements

Previous experience in reception, administrative, or customer service roles is desirable.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Professional, approachable, and friendly manner.

Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.

IT literacy, including Microsoft Office and email management.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
