We are looking for a Property Litigation Solicitor (4-6 PQE) to join a highly regarded regional law firm with an established presence across Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire.

This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor looking to handle high-quality commercial and residential property disputes within a supportive, collaborative team. You'll enjoy a varied caseload, direct client contact and genuine opportunities for career progression, working alongside experienced Partners on complex and rewarding matters.

You will manage your own caseload while supporting senior lawyers on more complex disputes, advising a broad client base that includes landlords, tenants, developers, investors and property owners.
Commercial lease renewals under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954
Rent recovery, service charge and dilapidations disputes
Advising clients on dispute resolution strategies, including negotiation, mediation and litigation where appropriate
Qualified Solicitor with 4–6 years' PQE in Property Litigation
Experience handling a broad range of commercial and residential property disputes
The confidence to manage a varied caseload with minimal supervision
A commercial, proactive and solutions-focused approach
An interest in contributing to business development and building long-term client relationships
