We're looking for a Strategic Sourcing Manager for a public sector organisation based in Milton Keynes (hybrid) on an initial 6-month contract, paying up to £600 per day (Inside IR35, Umbrella).
This is a hybrid role with around three days a week on site, one of which must be at the Milton Keynes office and the others at other regional offices - London / Birmingham.
The successful Strategic Sourcing Manager will lead sourcing and category strategy across complex, medium to high-value procurements in a regulated environment. This is a governance-led role focused on strategy and oversight rather than hands-on supplier engagement.

PA23 training is required for this role. Knowledge of the UK rail industry and experience running tenders within the PA23 framework would be a bonus.
