We’ve reimagined the vision for CV Builder, considering its benefits for both job seekers and our partners, particularly marketers seeking quality traffic for their job postings. As part of this, we’ve made significant improvements:

Enhanced Resume Quality: Many recruiters previously encountered issues with low-quality resumes, including incorrect personal data and missing achievements and skills. To address this, we’ve added tips and explanations to guide users in filling out crucial fields. Additionally, AI assistance is now available for challenging sections like achievements, skills, and summaries. These enhancements ensure that recruiters receive high-quality resumes, making it easier for them to navigate through candidates.

We’ve broadened access to the CV Builder feature. Initially, it was accessible solely through the Easy Apply feature, allowing job seekers to apply for a preferred vacancy instantly. Now, CV Builder can be found in the site’s side menu, enabling candidates to utilise it without applying for a particular job.

Six key enhancements to Jooble’s CV Builder have been implemented, tailored to the diverse needs of users across our 67-country reach and spanning various professional domains:

• Before resume creation, users can now select from two concise templates, each highlighting key sections like About Me, Skills, and Languages differently.

• Clear explanations are provided before each field, underscoring the importance of thorough resume completion, such as fully populating the Personal Information section for swift employer contact.

• The Work Experience section has been expanded, with AI recommendations offered to streamline resume completion, including start and end dates, and options for indicating current employment. AI assistance is provided for describing job responsibilities and achievements, with users given prompts to enhance their descriptions without template reliance.

• A new Skills section has been introduced, with AI assistance tailored to the user’s role, suggesting relevant skills for selection.

• A Summary section enables users to succinctly outline their work experience, with AI prompts available to help them craft professional summaries.

• Upon completion, users can preview their resume before submission and opt to change templates if desired, ensuring satisfaction with the final document.

• We’ve identified a user segment for whom CV Builder is a compelling reason to register, with 6.8 thousand new accounts generated monthly.
• Particularly notable is the heightened demand for CV Builder in FR, UK, US, CA, BE, CH, where conversions increased by +6.1%. CV Builder’s presence in these countries is an additional incentive for users to revisit the site post-registration, thereby creating conversion opportunities for our clients’ websites.
