* Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic, patient-centered care.
* Ensuring accurate documentation and maintaining care records to the highest standards. What We Need From You * A current and unrestricted NMC registration.
* At least six months of UK-based paid experience working within a residential or nursing home setting, unless you are happy to attend an unpaid shadow shift with one of our selected clients where you can have your competencies signed off
* The right to work in the UK.
* A good standard of English and effective communication skills.
