UK commercial leaders: here is a chance to run the commercial function for an established fitness chain of 20+ clubs, with a strong euro package and your English being the only language you need.
The business is hiring a Chief Commercial Officer to lead its next phase of growth. You will set the strategy and deliver it hands-on.
What you'll own:
The commercial growth strategy across every club location
Membership acquisition, renewals and retention at scale
Sales performance across multiple sites and channels, lifting conversion and team productivity
Sales processes, KPIs and reporting structures
Marketing for lead generation and member engagement
Data-led commercial decisions, new revenue streams and partnerships
What we're looking for:
Strong commercial leadership, ideally in fitness, leisure, hospitality or wellness
A track record of scaling revenue across multiple locations
Someone ready to relocate from the UK to Zagreb, with relocation support potentially available
A strategic thinker who is just as comfortable operating hands-on
You only need to speak English. No Croatian is required. Zagreb pairs a high quality of life with living costs well below most UK cities, so a euro package like this goes a long way.
Package: €100,000 to €120,000 base, plus bonus and benefits, with relocation support for the right person.
