- Coordinate and manage the preparation of bid proposals, ensuring all submissions are accurate and tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to gather relevant information for bids.
- Ensure all bids align with the company's branding and messaging standards.
- Maintain and update a library of bid templates and supporting documentation.
- Manage bid schedules to meet strict deadlines and address client requirements effectively.
- Conduct post-bid evaluations to identify areas for improvement in future submissions.
- Research and analyse market trends to enhance the quality and competitiveness of bids.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed.
