• Position: Assistant Food and Beverage Manager
• Employer: Fine Dining Hotel & Restaurant
• Location: Glasgow
• Gross salary package: Circa £38,000 (incl.share of tronc/serv.chge+target led bonus)**
• Weekly working hours/days: up to 48 hours / 5 days (tbc)

The main function of this role is to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of a consistently polished and high-quality customer experience that reflects the prestige and standards of an upscale restaurant. You will work closely with the Food & Beverage Manager and team to maintain service excellence, uphold brand standards, and drive operational efficiency across all guest-facing areas.

To qualify for selection, you must have the following minimum requirements: -

• Eligibility to live and work in UK
• Proven experience of at least 3 years in this role + min 3 years of prior experience in escalating job roles
• Industrial training in a world renowned hospitality institute
• Relevant Health & Safety credentials and knowledge of HACCP protocols
• Strong leadership, excellent multitasking and organisational skills
• Resident within commutable distance of up to one hour
