We're on the lookout for a talented and driven Sous Chef to join our friendly team at a busy, fresh‑food pub/restaurant near Chichester. If you thrive in a fast-paced kitchen and enjoy working with quality ingredients, this could be the perfect next step in your career.
About the Role
- Full-time position - 5 days out of 7
- Approx. 45 hours per week
- High-volume kitchen serving up to 300 covers on busy summer days
- Focus on fresh, quality food
What's On Offer
- Salary: £35,000 - £37,000 per year
- Up to £5,000 in tips annually
- Stable hours and a supportive working environment

Live-In Accommodation Available
- Comfortable private accommodation (not staff digs)
- Located in central Chichester (approx. 6 miles from site)
- £145 per week
