We're looking for a talented Demi Chef de Partie to join our close-knit culinary team and help us deliver exceptional dining experiences for our members.

Working alongside our Senior Sous Chef, you'll develop your skills and be part of a kitchen that genuinely invests in the people within it.

What you'll be doing

• Preparing and cooking dishes to a consistently high standard
• Managing stock movement and ordering for your section
• Completing mise en place and contributing to a well-oiled kitchen team
• Learning from experienced senior chefs and growing your repertoire
• Supporting menu development and bringing ideas to the table
• Upholding the highest standards of food hygiene and safety

What you'll bring

• Experience as a Demi CDP, or the drive and readiness to step up into the role
• A genuine passion for food and the craft behind it
• A sharp eye for detail and strong organisational skills
• A positive, collaborative attitude and a sense of humour helps too
• Your own transport (we're rurally located, but worth the journey)
