The Role Join one of London’s premier corporate sites in Canary Wharf as a Chef de Partie , working within an elite fine dining brigade. We are looking for an organized and experienced chef to work alongside our Sous Chef, creating exceptional dishes using the finest ingredients for a high-profile clientele.
The Details
- Salary: £37,500 per annum
- Schedule: Monday to Friday (Shift patterns, no weekends)
- Hours: 40-hour contract
- Environment: High-end corporate location serving 80–100 covers for lunch and dinner
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Sous Chef to deliver high-quality fine dining menus.
- Ensure every dish is prepared with consistency, precision, and excellence.
- Manage your section efficiently within a fast-paced, premium kitchen environment.
- Maintain the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and presentation.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as a Chef de Partie in a fine dining or 5-star establishment is preferred, but not essential.
