The Role
- Develop new business and grow existing client relationships
- Source, interview and place candidates into temporary and permanent roles
- Deliver an outstanding candidate experience
- Manage the recruitment process from attraction through to placement
- Ensure a compliant and professional recruitment service
About You
- Recruitment, sales or business development experience preferred
- Strong communicator with excellent relationship-building skills
- Driven, proactive and target-focused
- Passionate about delivering results and exceptional service
