This is far more than a divisional leadership role - it is an opportunity to build on a proud heritage while unlocking the full potential of Landmark's wider capabilities across land, infrastructure, geospatial intelligence, commercial real estate, rural land, renewables, planning, environmental risk and land data workflows. Reporting directly to the Group CEO, you will lead a well-established Scottish operation while developing Landmark's next growth platform in Scotland. The Opportunity Scotland presents a unique market opportunity. The foundations are already in place to accelerate growth by connecting Scotland's evolving land and property markets with Landmark's unrivalled data assets, technology platforms and specialist expertise. As Director of Scotland, you will be
responsible for the overall performance, strategy and leadership of the Scottish division. You will work at the intersection of commercial growth, product innovation and industry transformation, helping customers navigate increasingly complex challenges around land use, infrastructure delivery, environmental change, renewable energy, planning and property transactions. You will play a pivotal role in identifying new market opportunities, shaping compelling commercial propositions and building strategic partnerships that drive sustainable growth.Importantly, you will also act as the bridge between Scottish market needs and Landmark's wider Group capabilities, ensuring that emerging opportunities are translated into scalable products, services and solutions. Candidate Background We require a commercially astute and entrepreneurial leader with previous experience in managing a business or division of comparable scale through a period of growth and transformation. Candidates should have

strong financial and operational management skills with full P&L responsibility. The role requires a collaborative, low-ego leadership style with an ability to build relationships, both internally and externally, for success.
