Quant Capital is urgently looking for talented Systems Engineers to join a high profile client, My client is a well known and highly regarded systematic fund with offices globally.

We are currently seeking motivated individuals with exceptional records of academic and/or professional achievement to join our client’s Systems team as a systems administrator. You will play a crucial role in providing support, automation, and management for a wide variety of enterprise technology. This includes a sophisticated Windows and Linux desktop/server environment, cutting-edge storage and clustered computing solutions, and diverse communications platforms. Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of diverse support and project tasks encompassing a wide range of technology, including Windows PCs and servers, UNIX servers, mobile devices, and an advanced communications infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot intricate technical issues, administer infrastructure-level systems, and drive automation and efficiency enhancements.
• Exhibit resourcefulness by leveraging independent research, prior experience, and critical analysis to conquer unfamiliar challenges and propel demanding projects forward.

You will have:

• Genuine interest in both constructing technology and empowering others to utilize it effectively.
• Exceptional research and analytical skills to successfully overcome unfamiliar problems and advance ambitious initiatives.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Windows enterprise environment and standard applications like Microsoft Office, coupled with a demonstrated passion for optimizing processes and technology.
• Familiarity with general systems administration, encompassing hardware and software administration, as well as providing comprehensive support for phone, desk-side, trade floor, and/or remote users.
• Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and organizational abilities enabling seamless collaboration with diverse colleagues from around the world, hailing from varied backgrounds, experiences, and projects.
