We are looking for an experienced and motivated Band 6 Senior Community Learning Disability/Mental Health Nurse to join our Community Learning Disability and Autism. This is an excellent opportunity for a registered nurse seeking to develop their clinical leadership skills while delivering high-quality, person-centred care to individuals with complex learning disability and mental health needs. The successful candidate will provide specialist assessments, care coordination, risk management, and evidence-based interventions, working closely with service users, families, carers, and partner agencies. They will also support junior staff through supervision and contribute to service development and quality improvement initiatives.
