School Support Worker
Location: Stoke-on-Trent
Salary: £90 - £120 per day (depending on hours and experience)

This is an excellent opportunity for graduates or individuals with experience in education who are eager to start a fulfilling career supporting teaching and learning. The Schools Partner schools serve diverse pupils across all key stages and pride themselves on creating inclusive, supportive environments. Staff work closely together to ensure every child receives the best possible education. These schools are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals passionate about making a difference in children's lives and committed to supporting their learning, development, and well-being. What You'll Need ✅ A degree or relevant qualification in education or a related field
✅ Experience working with children in an educational setting (voluntary or paid)
✅ Confidence in managing behaviour and supporting the teacher with classroom routines
✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
✅ Genuine passion for education and child development
✅ Current DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply through Connex Education
✅ Proof of right to work in the UK (required to apply) Benefits Package Competitive daily rate (£90-£120)
