Where will you be working?

At M Group Telecom, we’re enabling and enhancing telecom networks, playing a lead role in the delivery of our tech enabled future.

We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private and mobile operators.

Mobile networks- We keep the country connected through the survey, design, installation and maintenance of private 5G networks, small cells, supporting Smart Cities & Connected infrastructure.

What will you be doing?

• Supporting project setup through folder creation, standard file structures, communication channels and templates.
• Attending meetings, produces and distributes minutes, tracks actions and responds to routine project queries.
• Maintaining project documentation, reports, registers and records, ensuring information is accurate, version controlled and accessible.
• Managing project trackers, collates stakeholder updates and highlights risks, delays or gaps.
• Maintaining RAID logs, coordinating site access, surveys and resources.
• R aising purchase orders, tracking equipment and deliveries, liaising with stakeholders and clients, and supporting project closure activities, documentation archiving and lessons learned packs.

What you’ll bring?

• Strong organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, deadlines, records, trackers and documentation accurately.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, a process-driven approach, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, Word and SharePoint.
• Experienced in administrative, coordination or project support roles, working with stakeholders and maintaining accurate project records.
• Proactive, detail-oriented and collaborative, with the ability to identify risks, chase updates and support delivery.
• Desirable experience includes project management tools, document control, PMO/governance processes, and working within telecoms, engineering, facilities or project delivery environments.
