Responsibilities of the Business ECT include:

• Teaching Business across KS4 and KS5

• Planning and delivering engaging lessons aligned with the Business curriculum

• Supporting students in developing analytical and evaluative skills

• Monitoring pupil progress and providing feedback to support academic improvement

• Working collaboratively with colleagues within the Business and Economics department
