What you'll be doing


Role Purpose

The Procurement Coordinator maintains accurate pricing and forecast data, coordinates forecasting and reporting cycles, updates ERP and eSourcing systems, and provides project administration support.

The role reduces manual administration for Buyers while improving data integrity, consistency and visibility across procurement reporting

Key Accountabilities:

• Coordinate procurement forecasting cycles.
• Maintain forecast files, data and assumptions.
• Collate and check Buyer submissions.
• Validate pricing and forecast data.
• Update approved pricing and procurement data in ERP systems.
• Coordinate procurement reporting and Finance submissions.
• Maintain trackers, actions and deadlines.
• Maintain process documents and file controls.
• Support forecasting and pricing queries.
• Provide procurement project administration.
• Maintain eSourcing event and supplier data.
• Support process improvements.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong numerical and analytical capability.
• Ability to handle large volumes of data accurately.
• Organised and able to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience producing reports and analysing data.
• Experience using Power BI, SAP, Qlik, Anaplan or similar systems.
• Experience within manufacturing or FMCG
