EA to Talent Entrepreneur Based London & WFH

We’re looking for a highly capable, proactive and commercially minded EA to work directly for this dynamic and highly successful entrepreneur, by supporting him across a diverse portfolio of businesses spanning sport, entertainment and talent management and property related enterprises.

This is far more than a traditional EA role. With multiple businesses, investment interests and competing priorities, the Principal needs someone who can take ownership, bring structure and momentum, and keep things moving without needing constant direction.

The role will be approximately 80% business-focused and 20% personal support, offering genuine exposure to a varied and fast-moving business environment, with the opportunity to grow learn and grow your career.

The Role

You’ll act as a trusted right hand, managing the day-to-day detail, anticipating needs and taking responsibility for the tasks and priorities that allow the Principal to focus on driving the businesses forward.

Working across professional and personal affairs, you’ll liaise with stakeholders, coordinate multiple moving parts and ensure nothing falls through the cracks. You’ll need to be confident, commercially aware and comfortable as a representative when required.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Executive support: Diary management, scheduling meetings, coordinating priorities and proactively managing his workload.
• Business operations: Providing hands-on administrative support across multiple businesses, including sport, entertainment, talent management and property interests.
• Stakeholder management: Acting as a key point of contact, maintaining daily communication with stakeholders and building strong working relationships.
• Meeting support:  Attending meetings, taking minutes, tracking actions and confidently representing the business where appropriate.
• Personal assistance: Managing travel arrangements, utility bills, paperwork, general administration and personal logistics.
• Investment and family administration: Assisting with the coordination of investment-related administration and personal affairs across the wider family, including investment portfolios held with family members.
• Organisation and follow-through: Taking ownership of outstanding tasks, resolving issues independently and ensuring deadlines and commitments are met.
• Ad hoc support: Rolling up your sleeves and tackling whatever needs doing, balancing competing demands with discretion and sound judgement.

The ideal candidate will be either an experienced EA or PA or an ambitious and driven candidate looking for their second or third role. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are naturally organised, confident dealing with people at all levels including high-profile clients, and comfortable operating with a high degree of autonomy, then this is for you! You don’t wait to be told what to do. You spot what needs attention, take the initiative and get it done.

Most importantly, you’ll be someone the Principal can trust to take things off his plate, use your own initiative and keep everything moving without needing constant oversight.

Working Arrangements

• Location: London with regular travel to London, Surrey and Manchester as required.
• Flexibility: This is not a standard 9–5 role. You’ll need to be comfortable with out-of-hours contact and the flexibility required to support a busy entrepreneur.
• Office: A dedicated London office is anticipated within the next 6–12 months. Until then, the role can be performed remotely, provided you’re well positioned to travel and meet in person when needed.
