Fabulous EA role for a dynamic and inspiring Founder/CEO, with offices based in a stunning Central London location. This unique EA role will allow you to be a key player in one of the world’s biggest transformational technology companies. Very much a start-up environment with secure financial backing, this EA will have plenty of scope for advancement and will work with some of the best talent in the industry. With the business expanding quickly, this EA will need to be experienced within an incredibly fast paced and every changing environment, confident in dealing with internal stakeholders and investors and have a real passion for what they do. This EA will handle confidential information so sound judgement and discretion is essential.
EA Duties include,
- Managing busy diary/calendar, arranging travel, completing reports and preparing correspondence
- Taking part in Executive meetings + note taking
- Managing CEO’s internal and external communications, including liaising with investors, Board members and key clients
- Preparing presentations, statistical analysis and meeting reports
- Supporting executive offsites, events and customer engagements
The successful candidate will have experience at C-Suite level, preferably within a start-up business, have bags of energy and a warm and positive personality. Some flexible working from home.
