A rare and fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior EA to work closely with the founder of an ambitious, internationally focused business.
This is a broad and varied role for someone who enjoys operating at the centre of a fast-moving business and thrives in an environment where priorities can change quickly. Working closely with the founder, you will help bring structure to a wide range of strategic and commercial priorities, ensuring ideas and opportunities are translated into action. You will be the key point of coordination between the founder, internal teams and external stakeholders.
Senior EA Responsibilities include:
- Working closely with the founder to manage priorities and ensure key initiatives progress effectively
- Preparing for and attending meetings with senior clients, partners and other stakeholders
- Managing follow-ups, actions and communication across multiple projects
- Supporting strategic projects and new business initiatives
- Researching opportunities and helping to develop relationships with key contacts
- Coordinating activity across different teams, locations and time zones
- Preparing presentations, briefing materials and meeting documentation
- Helping to ensure the founder remains focused on the highest-priority opportunities
- Using strong judgement and discretion when handling confidential or commercially sensitive information
Ideal Senior EA
- Proven experience working closely with a founder, CEO, entrepreneur, investor or senior executive
- Experience within fast-paced entrepreneurial environment would be advantageous
- Highly articulate with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Commercially minded and confident dealing with senior stakeholders
- Naturally curious, with an interest in technology and innovation
- Exceptionally organised, proactive and resourceful
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership
- Discreet and trusted with sensitive information
- Immaculately presented and polished
- Comfortable operating internationally across different cultures and time zones
The role will be London-based on a hybrid basis, working remotely when the Founder is not in London. International travel may occasionally be required.
