Our client, a leading boutique executive search firm, is looking for an exceptional EA to support their Founder & CEO on a temp-to-perm basis . Based in beautiful Central London offices, this is a rare opportunity to become a trusted right hand within a high-performing, entrepreneurial business. Candidates must be available to start immediately and have previous EA experience within either executive search or financial services.
This is a true business partner role for an accomplished EA, offering extensive exposure across the company. You'll manage a fast-paced diary, coordinate global travel, prepare executive documentation, oversee key projects and build strong relationships with senior clients and stakeholders, while helping ensure the smooth running of the office.
EA Responsibilities
- Extensive CEO and executive support
- Complex diary and international travel management
- Project coordination and executive administration
- Preparation of presentations and confidential documentation
- Liaising with senior clients and stakeholders
- Office operations and supplier management
EA Requirements
- Previous Executive Assistant experience within executive search or financial services is essential
- Available to start immediately
- Comfortable committing to a temp-to-perm opportunity
- Exceptional organisational and communication skills
- Proactive, discreet and highly detail-oriented
- Calm under pressure and comfortable working at pace
