Our client, a leading boutique executive search firm, is looking for an exceptional Senior Executive Assistant to support their Founder & CEO. Based in beautiful Central London offices, this is a rare opportunity to become a trusted right hand within a high-performing, entrepreneurial business.
This is a true business partner role, offering extensive exposure across the company. You'll manage a fast-paced diary, coordinate global travel, prepare executive documentation, oversee key projects and build strong relationships with senior clients and stakeholders, while helping ensure the smooth running of the office.
Responsibilities
- Extensive CEO and executive support
- Complex diary and international travel management
- Project coordination and executive administration
- Preparation of presentations and confidential documentation
- Liaising with senior clients and stakeholders
- Office operations and supplier management
Requirements
- Previous Executive Assistant experience within an executive search firm is essential
- Exceptional organisational and communication skills
- Proactive, discreet and highly detail-oriented
- Calm under pressure, proactive and comfortable working at pace
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Professional, polished and confident managing senior stakeholders
