The Opportunity

This Mortgage Advisor role provides the opportunity to work closely with a successful estate agency team, generating mortgage and protection business from warm estate agency leads and existing customer relationships.

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality mortgage and protection advice while building long-term customer relationships and maximising business opportunities. The successful Mortgage Advisor will benefit from strong lead generation, introducer relationships, and consistent opportunities to generate high earnings.

Key Responsibilities – Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker

As Mortgage Advisor, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing expert mortgage and protection advice to customers

• Recommending suitable mortgage solutions tailored to customer needs

• Promoting protection and insurance products through Legal & General

• Building strong relationships with estate agency teams and introducers

• Generating new business opportunities and referrals

• Contacting prospective customers and following up warm leads

• Managing mortgage applications from enquiry through to completion

• Delivering excellent customer service throughout the mortgage process

• Working within FCA and compliance guidelines at all times

• Achieving and exceeding mortgage and protection sales targets

• Maximising mortgage, protection, and ancillary income opportunities

• Building a strong pipeline of mortgage business

Experience & Requirements

To be considered for this Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker opportunity, applicants should possess:

• CeMAP qualification or equivalent

• Previous experience as a Mortgage Advisor, Mortgage Broker, or within financial services preferred

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Motivated, target-driven, and financially ambitious attitude

• Professional and well-presented approach

• Ability to work within a fast-paced environment
