We are looking for an enthusiastic BABCP or HCPC accredited, experienced CBT therapist / Clinical or Counselling Psychologistto join NHSIslington Talking Therapies Service as a Clinical Coordinator. We are awell-established, highly regarded service with a strongtrack recordfor staff retention,developmentand wellbeing.The service is provided by theNorthLondon Foundation Trust. Wework closely with our partner Services in Barnet, Camden and Enfield. You will be part of alarge teamof Clinical and Counselling Psychologists, CBT Therapists, PWPs, Counsellors, trainees and administrators who are working to increaseaccess to treatment for people with depression, anxiety and other common mental health conditionsand making changes in line with national KPIs for Talking Therapies.The postholder will be supported by theDeputy Clinical Lead and Clinical Leadfor the service and have peer support from an experienced management team. You willbe responsible forclinical and managerial supervision ofstaff, take on a lead role in an area of service developmentand alsocarry a small clinical caseload. Applicants are advised that weoperate a hybrid working policy which means postholders are expected to come on site to our base(40% of working hours)and combine this with remote working.
