Clinical Customer Experience Specialist – A Rare Opportunity for Audiologists

If you’re an Audiologist or hearing care professional looking to step beyond the clinic and into something more impactful, dynamic, and career-defining… this is one to look at closely.

I’m working on a highly exciting opportunity that blends clinical expertise, technology, training, and commercial impact – giving you the chance to influence how ear and hearing care is delivered across the UK.

What makes this role different?
This is not a traditional clinical role. You’ll be:

Acting as a trusted advisor to clinical teams, guiding them from onboarding through to full service utilisation
Delivering hands-on training and education to clinicians and healthcare providers
Driving real improvements in patient outcomes by increasing access to ear and hearing care
Using data and insights to optimise performance, engagement, and service delivery
Working closely with stakeholders to solve real-world clinical challenges

You’ll combine clinical knowledge with customer experience and commercial awareness to directly influence growth, adoption, and success.

What’s on offer

Up to £65,000 salary (DOE) + car allowance
25 days holiday + bank holidays + birthday off & Christmas leave
