Site Manager - Good School - Southampton

About the Role

Key responsibilities include:

Maintaining accurate records for compliance, inspections, and operational reporting
Responding promptly to emergencies and unforeseen site issues
Experience and Qualifications
The successful candidate will:
Have substantial experience in site management, premises, or facilities leadership, ideally in a school or educational setting
Demonstrate strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills
Have a thorough understanding of health and safety legislation, fire safety, and compliance requirements
Be practical, proactive, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team
Possess excellent communication skills for liaising with staff, contractors, and stakeholders
