This Outstanding academy in Southampton requires a dedicated and proactive Site Manager to oversee its modern and well-equipped teaching facilities. The role is crucial in ensuring the campus is safe, compliant, and conducive to the academy's high standards.
Core Responsibilities & Scope
- Operational Leadership: Overseeing the site team, managing daily operational schedules, and coordinating security procedures (key holding, alarms).
- Maintenance Management: Managing planned and reactive maintenance across the site, ensuring high quality of minor repairs, and supervising contractors.
- Compliance & Safety: Responsibility for all statutory H&S checks, ensuring robust risk assessments are in place, and managing site security.
Compensation & Benefits
- Contract: Full-Time, Permanent (52 weeks per year).
- Salary Range: Competitive salary (ranging from £40,000 - £48,000 per annum).
- Essential Requirements: Proven site management experience, demonstrable maintenance skills, and strong commitment to H&S standards.
