We are working with a top-tier law firm in London who are looking for a Paralegal Assistant to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.
An ideal candidate will have at least 6 months’ experience working within an IP environment. Additionally, you’ll need strong secretarial and deadline management skills. A CIPA qualification would be great, but this may not be essential. A secretarial qualification could be beneficial. A law degree is not a required for this role.
Within this role, you will be providing high-quality support to Patent Paralegals. Duties will include the following: preparing correspondence; inbox management; liaising with clients; scheduling meetings; preparing cost quotes; assisting with billing / invoicing tasks; case management; drafting documents.
