Associate / Senior Associate - Corporate | Liverpool City Centre The Role An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Associate or Senior Associate to join a growing team based in Liverpool city centre. This role offers the chance to work closely with an experienced Corporate Partner, as well as alongside a wider, highly ranked corporate team in the North West. You will advise on a broad range of high-quality matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, shareholder agreements, joint ventures, and venture capital and private equity transactions. The role provides strong exposure to both local and national clients, with the opportunity to take on a varied and engaging caseload. This position is ideal for a commercially minded lawyer looking to play a key role in a growing team, while benefiting from close partner support and clear opportunities for progression. A flexible hybrid working model is also in place. The Team You will be joining a well-established and collaborative corporate team with a strong reputation in the market. The Person You will be a qualified solicitor with experience in corporate law, ideally gained within a recognised regional or national firm.
