ELA Active Ltd is seeking a committed and motivated Shift Leader to join our team. Working across our busy and vibrant sports centres, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and safe daily operation of our facilities. Why ELA Active? Key responsibilities: Lead and supervise shifts, ensuring the safety, cleanliness, and efficiency of centre operations.Oversee poolside supervision and lifeguard teams, maintaining the highest safety standards.
Deliver excellent customer service and support front-line staff.
Open and close the centre, acting as a keyholder and point of contact.
Support group bookings, events, and community activities.
Assist with training new team members and maintain a positive team environment.
Be prepared to step into Duty Manager responsibilities when required. Essential requirements: RLSS National Pool Lifeguard Qualification
A proactive and customer-focused approach
Strong communication and leadership skills
Willingness to undertake further training, including:
First Aid at Work
Pool Plant Operator certification
