About the Role
As a Delivery Consultant, you will work with established, high‑value clients across the US engineering space. Your focus will be on:
- Sourcing and qualifying high‑quality candidates
- Managing the full candidate lifecycle from outreach to placement
- Partnering with internal Business Development Consultants who manage client relationships
- Developing deep expertise within a niche engineering market
- Using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and market research to find top talent
