• Join a thriving Commercial Dispute Resolution team acting for a diverse client base including SMEs, owner-managed businesses, larger corporate organisations, insurers, in-house legal teams and private individuals.

• Responsibilities include, managing a varied caseload of contentious matters, advising clients on commercial litigation, alternative dispute resolution, asset and debt recovery, property disputes, shareholder and partnership disputes, director disputes, breach of contract claims, and contentious probate and trust disputes.

• The appointed Solicitor will handle matters from initial instruction through to resolution, advising on dispute strategy and risk management, drafting pleadings and court documentation, conducting negotiations and mediations, and representing clients throughout court proceedings.

• You will work alongside experienced litigators on larger and more complex cases while building long-term client relationships and delivering commercially focused, practical legal advice.

• Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors or Chartered Legal Executives with around 2 years'+ PQE and strong experience in Commercial Dispute Resolution.
