Support Worker – Risca
£14.50 – £15.25 per hour
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, helping to reduce feelings of loneliness and isolation
Help clients maintain their independence and well-being by supporting them in community activities and appointments
Safely assist clients with mobility using Moving & Handling techniques, ensuring their safety and dignity at all times
Support individuals who may display challenging behaviour, responding calmly and effectively to ensure a safe and positive environment
Support clients in achieving their goals and aspirations, promoting a sense of purpose and fulfilment Required Skills & Experience Minimum 6 months UK-based experience as a Support Worker
Experience or confidence in working with challenging behaviour
Compassionate and empathetic approach to care, with a strong desire to make a positive difference in people’s lives
Reliable and flexible, with a willingness to work varied shifts and locations
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, using initiative and judgment to respond to client needs
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues About the Company
