Our client is seeking a Temporary Customer Services Officer. This is a great opportunity to join our client’s team on a temporary basis, supporting smooth logistics operations while providing professional, responsive customer service.
What you’ll do
Support customers with logistics-related queries and updates.
Coordinate information between customers and our client’s team to keep shipments on track.
Maintain accurate records relating to deliveries and collections.
Assist in resolving basic service issues in a timely, professional manner.
Contribute to the smooth day-to-day running of logistics operations
What you’ll need
Interest in or exposure to logistics and customer service environments.
Strong communication skills to liaise with customers and our client’s team.
Attention to detail when handling customer information and logistics data.
Reliable, professional approach to supporting our client’s operational priorities.
