Overview job description

• The role requires strong analytical capability, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate financial information clearly to stakeholders across the organisation
• This is a broad reporting role providing exposure to both financial and management reporting within a dynamic and international working environment.
• Ideally applicants will be fluent in Mandarin.

Main duties and responsibilities

• Preparing accurate and timely financial and management reporting, including monthly reports, analysis, and supporting schedules.
• Supporting the month-end and quarter-end close processes, ensuring completeness and adherence to deadlines.
• Performing variance analysis and provide clear commentary on business performance.
• Preparing and contribute to reports and presentations for senior management.
• Performing balance sheet analysis and investigate variances to ensure data integrity
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and outlook processes.
• Building effective relationships with stakeholders across finance, operations, and international teams.
• Identifying opportunities to improve reporting processes, controls, and efficiency.
• Ensuring compliance with internal controls and SOX requirements.
• Providing support to the wider team, including cover, ad-hoc analysis, and project work as required.
