Zimmer Biomet seeks a Clinical Sales Specialist to support regional sales operations across hospitals in Nottinghamshire. The role combines technical product training, surgical support, and sales generation for orthopedic reconstructive products.
Responsibilities
- Deliver technical training to surgeons and operating theatre staff on Zimmer Biomet products
- Provide real-time support during surgical cases and product demonstrations
- Generate sales leads within assigned customer accounts
- Manage consignment stock logistics and procedure planning coordination
- Maintain SalesForce records and provide monthly performance reports to Regional Sales Manager
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Strong orthopaedic knowledge with awareness of competitor products
- Significant clinical expertise and medical terminology proficiency
- Proven presentation and relationship-building skills
- Organizational skills, problem-solving ability, and sales acumen
- Willingness to learn and collaborative team approach
