Your key focus areas

• Leading financial planning, budgeting and forecasting across the organisation
• Ensuring strong financial governance, controls and compliance frameworks
• Overseeing statutory reporting, audits and regulatory requirements
• Managing risk, financial oversight and funding allocation
• Driving value for money and efficient resource utilisation
• Supporting operational leaders with financial insight and decision–making
• Overseeing procurement and financial processes
• Acting as a key advisor to the CEO and Board on financial matters

• What you'll bring
• Fully qualified (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
• Strong experience in senior finance roles (Head of Finance / CFO / Financial Controller level)
• Background in education, public sector or not–for–profit (highly desirable)
• Strong understanding of using IRIS Software
• Strong understanding of financial governance, compliance and audit
• Experience in multi–site or complex organisational environments
• Confident communicator with experience working with Boards and senior stakeholders
• Strategic mindset with strong analytical capability
